Croydon Wing Chun Kung Fu WCKUK Webinar!
Last week, Sifu Jason Ludwig from Croydon Wing Chun had the pleasure of joining Ryan from Summers Titan Training for an engaging discussion about martial arts, and how its principles stretch far beyond the training hall.
Habits and Rituals That Go Beyond Martial Arts
After a day of private lessons, Sifu Jason joined Ryan and some of his clients to explore the deeper aspects of martial arts training. They spoke about the importance of habits and rituals, how consistent discipline, focus, and mindset can improve not just your martial arts skills, but also your day-to-day life.
These principles aren’t just for fighters. They help shape routines, reduce stress, and build confidence, qualities that can benefit anyone.
From the Kwoon to the Camera
They also touched on some of the crossover between martial arts training and the feature film/TV work Sifu Jason Ludwig has been involved in (at least the projects they’re allowed to talk about).
Great Questions, Big Conversations
The group had plenty of questions covering everything from daily routines to the mental side of training, and it could’ve easily gone on for hours.
We’re hopeful there’ll be a follow-up session soon, diving into more topics our students often encounter during their time with us.
Thanks to Summers Titan Training
A big thank you to Ryan and his clients for the warm welcome and thoughtful discussion. Collaborations like this remind us how martial arts can connect people from all walks of life.
Stay tuned for future sessions and if you missed the video, you can watch it below.
