WCKUK Organisation

Our Strength Is in Our Instructors

At WCKUK, we do things a little differently.

In many martial arts organisations, the spotlight tends to follow one person, the head instructor, the founder, the so-called “master.” But from the start, that never felt quite right.

Yes, I founded and continue to help guide the organisation — but WCKUK isn’t centred around me.

It’s built around the people who bring the art to life every day, the instructors, the Sifus, who show up consistently for their students, who live and teach Wing Chun with real passion and purpose.

🌟 Letting Others Lead

One of the most important things we’ve done as an organisation is give space for others to lead, to take ownership of their clubs, their communities, and their students’ development. And they’ve done exactly that, time and time again.

Each Sifu brings something different. Some are technical, some deeply intuitive. All are dedicated to helping others grow. That’s where the real strength lies.

🧠 Why It Matters

You won’t see my face everywhere or find long stories about my journey — because WCKUK isn’t about building one person’s profile. It’s about creating a space where instructors can grow, and where students are supported by teams, not titles.

It’s about building something that reflects the art itself — balanced, connected, and stronger together.

👊 It’s a Collective Effort

The truth is, this organisation wouldn’t exist as it does today without the people in it.

WCKUK is shaped by every Sifu who’s dedicated themselves to teaching. By the students who show up with curiosity and commitment. And by the shared belief that martial arts is more than forms and drills, it’s about community, humility, and respect.

That’s what makes WCKUK special. Not a single name, but a team that works together to make the art accessible, authentic, and lasting.

Sifu Wes Hussey

We believe martial arts organisations should lift up everyone involved, not just one name at the top. If you’re an instructor who shares that belief, let’s talk.
