Why We Created These Wellbeing Resources
At WCKUK, we work with children and families through our Wing Chun classes with a focus on:
Confidence and resilience
Everyday safety awareness
Positive behavioural choices
Supportive boundaries
Through conversations with parents, educators, and community groups, we saw an opportunity to provide free, printable resources that reinforce these themes in a school-appropriate format without cost, sign-up, or obligation.
The resources are designed to complement existing safeguarding and wellbeing practices rather than replace any statutory guidance or curriculum.
What the Resources Cover
The WCKUK wellbeing resources include:
๐ง Bullying and Boundaries
Materials that help children recognise unhelpful behaviour, set respectful personal boundaries, and seek trusted support.
๐ช Confidence and Positive Choices
Guidance aimed at encouraging calm thinking, self-belief, and thoughtful decision-making in everyday situations.
๐ถ Walking Home Safety
Practical habits and safety tips for children navigating daily journeys independently.
All of these materials are easily downloadable and printable from our School Resources page.
