🎉 Southwark Wing Chun Opens This October

We’re excited to announce that Southwark Wing Chun officially opens its doors on October 1st a date we chose with great purpose and pride. Not only does it mark the beginning of a new chapter for martial arts in the area, but it also falls on the birthday of the legendary Grandmaster Yip Man.

Born on October 1st, 1893, GM Yip Man was the teacher of Bruce Lee and one of the most influential figures in Wing Chun history. Opening on this day is more than symbolic, it’s a way of honouring the roots of the art while bringing it to a modern London audience.

🥋 Why Southwark?

Southwark is an area rich in culture, diversity, and energy, exactly the kind of place where Wing Chun thrives. Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or returning after some time away, Southwark Wing Chun offers a welcoming and focused environment to build confidence, skill, and resilience.
