PRIMARY SCHOOL WELLBEING RESOURCES AGES 7–12
WCKUK Organisation has created a small set of free, printable wellbeing resources designed to support children, parents, and schools with everyday confidence, awareness, and sensible decision-making.
These primary school wellbeing resources are suitable for safeguarding leads, teachers, and parents supporting children aged 7–12.
These materials are intended as supportive guidance, not lessons or programmes, and can be used at home or shared by schools if they feel appropriate.
There is no sign-up, no obligation, and no expectation to use or distribute these resources.

✓ Understand personal boundaries
✓ Make safer choices in everyday situations
✓ Know when and how to ask for help
They are designed to complement existing safeguarding and wellbeing approaches already used by schools, not replace them.

The current set includes:
✓ A walking home safety checklist
✓ Guidance around confidence and awareness
✓ Simple boundary-setting concepts related to bullying and peer behaviour
✓ Reassurance-focused language to avoid fear or alarm
All materials are printable and can be used as standalone documents.
How these resources were created
WCKUK works locally with children and families through structured martial arts training that emphasises awareness, self-control, and responsibility.
These resources were developed in response to recurring conversations with parents and educators about everyday confidence and safety, and reflect the same calm, sensible approach used in class.
Before sharing them more widely, we are making them available to a small number of schools to ensure the tone, clarity, and age-appropriateness are right.
Important Note
These resources are provided freely.
They are not part of a sales initiative, programme, or promotion, and there is no requirement to book workshops, classes, or talks.
Schools and families are welcome to view, share, or ignore the materials as they see fit.
