The past weekend students and instructors from the WCKUK South Norwood, Seahaven, Oxted and East Grinstead came along to a 2 day Wing Chun workshop here at the HQ.
On the first day 5 hours were spent covering the student grades with some added information thrown in, and breaking down the core ideas behind each one. Sunday was spent looking at some of the advanced grades and how the concepts and ideas could be found in the student grades. Chi Sau, Chi Gerk, Footwork, Weapons work were just some of the things that were taught in depth.
Next year I’ll be teaching more small workshops at the HQ and inviting more students to take part so keep an eye out for that.
